Services
We provide professional market intelligence briefings related to consumer packaged goods launches, including category launch watches, dossiers, shelf observation, and pre-launch sessions as described on this site. Descriptions are informational until confirmed in a written scope letter or invoice.
Intellectual property
Website content, field-note articles, and our templates remain the property of Ridgefield Sector Watch Co., Ltd. Client deliverables are licensed for internal business use by the commissioning organisation unless a wider licence is agreed in writing. You may not republish our briefings as your own research product.
Client materials
You retain rights to materials you supply. You grant us permission to use them solely to perform the commissioned work.
Confidentiality
We treat competitive lists, draft positioning, and unpublished launch plans as confidential. Aggregate, non-identifying observations from public shelves may inform our general field knowledge.
Liability
Briefings reflect agreed samples and dated observations. Retail conditions change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions you make after reading a briefing. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
